Dairy Water Buffalo

Toons Bridge Dairy are offering for sale a selection of dairy water buffalo. We are prepared to advise and assist in animal management, cheese making and knowledge of routes to market. Toons Bridge Dairy currently makes both buffalo and cow mozzarella, as well as many other Mediterranean style cheeses in our dairy in West Cork Ireland. Our buffalo herd enjoys disease free status whereby they can easily be exported to any country worldwide. They originate from the 43rd best ranked buffalo farm in Italy.
