1)  Brytec 1000 litre Cheese Vat in 304 S/S  with 2 x 4.5 Kw heaters,  Single Phase , 32 amp with water pump, temperature control, timer, socket for stirrer  and push button on/off and low water protection.

2) Asta- Eismann Curd Mill for Cheddar production with  electric motor, made of stainless steel.   On a moveable square frame, can easily be positioned over cheese vat.

Electric  motor under stainless steel cover.  Gear motor 220V Single Phase, 32Amp.  Frame on 4 castors 200mm , 2 of them with stirrable with breaks.   Used 3 times, like new.
